Harsha V. Agadi is the president and chief executive officer of Crawford & Company. He is chairman of GHS Holdings, LLC with investments in restaurants, hospitality and other related industries. Agadi has nearly 30 years’ experience in various senior leadership positions for several food service and franchise companies as well as Fortune 500® companies.
Joseph Blanco is senior vice president and general counsel for Crawford & Company, where he oversees the company’s strategic acquisitions and mergers along with the legal, internal audit and global ethics and compliance teams. He provides oversight for corporate governance matters, guiding Crawford’s performance and growth.
Kenneth Cutshaw has excelled in a wide spectrum of work and leadership environments including C-level business management, law partnership, academics, entrepreneurial ventures, government management, political management and foreign policy.
Ken joined Crawford in June 2015 and will partner with business segment leaders and corporate executives to conceive and execute strategic, long-term financial plans for Crawford. Ken will also lead a team of professionals around the world in managing the Company's corporate financial planning and analysis, strategy and its Manila-based Global Business Services Center.
Danielle Lisenbey became chief executive officer of Broadspire in 2012. Immediately prior to this role, she was chief operating officer for Medical Services, responsible for the operation of all of Broadspire’s medical and case management services. In this position, she drove the continued development and delivery of products and services that have generated cost containment results typically 10 to 15 percent better than those produced by other TPAs and medical management companies.
Ian Muress has been in the claims business for 36 years and is chief executive officer for all of Crawford's international businesses outside the Americas, including the U.K., CEMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. He has an acknowledged passion for strategic client partnerships and a global understanding around claims handling and industry standards.
Andrew Robinson is the global chief operating officer of Crawford & Company®, with responsibility for the company’s four business units Broadspire®, U.S. Services, International Operations and Garden City Group℠, LLC, in addition to the company’s Information Technology division.
Bonnie is responsible for all aspects of corporate human resources including talent management, employee relations, benefits and compensation design and administration. In addition she oversees the HR function in the Broadspire® segment.
As Crawford & Company®’s global chief information officer, Hilton Sturisky is responsible for the company’s technology, including its strategic global systems roadmap, business intelligence and analytics, cyber security, and worldwide innovation programs.
As chief financial officer and executive vice president of Crawford & Company, Bruce Swain is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the Company’s worldwide accounting and finance functions, comprised of tax, treasury, controllership, investor relations, and SEC reporting.
Larry C. Thomas is chief executive officer, Crawford U.S. Services, the business segment that is comprised of the Crawford & Company® business divisions operating in the U.S. including: U.S. Property & Casualty, GTS®, Contractor Connection®, Aviation, LWI Energy, and Crawford Forensic Accounting Services (CFAS). He is responsible for the business segment’s operations, ongoing services diversification, technology innovation, and growth initiatives.
