Canadian Executive Management
Pat is responsible for all aspects of the Canadian organization, including administration and operations. He is a member of Crawford Global Senior Management Team and reports to the executive vice president and chief executive officer, Property & Casualty - Americas.
As senior vice president of Property & Casualty for Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc., Jim Eso is responsible for the executive oversight of all field operations and branches across Canada, which report to him through four regional vice presidents. He also oversees the operational activities for Contractor Connection and Catastrophe Services in Canada.
Gary Gardner is responsible for overseeing Crawford’s Sales, Key Account and Marketing team. Gary is a strong and effective sales leader who has led our sales division for more than 20 years.
As senior vice president of the National Claims Management Centre (NCMC), Heather is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, interacting with existing and prospective clients, managing resources, and overseeing continuous improvement in regard to workflows and processes for the NCMC. The business units that fall within the NCMC include personal, commercial, Human Risk and special lines claims, along with Appraisal Management Services, our 24/7 contact centre CLAIMSALERT®, and administrative support services.
As SVP, Administration, Greg oversees many of the Company’s head office departments that support business operations across Canada including: Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Compliance, Training & Education, Quality and Professional Standards, and the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU).
